For me, creating surreal collage is a wonderful creative exercise. There is no end goal, you just play until it feels done. I do it often as a creative warm-up. Sometimes, the results feel interesting enough to evolve into a piece of their own. All this print has to say is “hey, you little weirdo, just keep doing your best. Find other little weirdos and live your weird, beautiful life.”

This silkscreen print was created using CMYK colour separation technique. The design is a collage of vintage botanical, anatomical, and wildlife illustrations.
