A self-portrait for us all, this piece speaks to the inner wild soul. Being a modern human is so much about existing alongside nature and the universe. We feel above it, outside of it, even foolishly in control of it. In reality, we are all just atoms bouncing around within it, brains and guts and bones inside an ancient system, subject to its rules and whims. It’s nice to see yourself as a wild thing once and a while.

This is a 10-colour silk screen print. The design was created as a collage of my own drawing and scans of vintage anatomical and botanical illustrations.
